Personal Injury Representation That Cares for You Today — and Protects Your Tomorrow

Nicholas M. Wills

THE SLUGGER

Nicholas M. Wills is a Managing Partner of NMW Law Firm, where he represents injured victims in trucking, car, commercial vehicle, and wrongful death cases. His approach is steady and client-focused, pairing genuine care for the people he represents with the strategic preparation these cases demand.

Trucking and commercial vehicle cases are not standard car wrecks, especially the ones involving catastrophic injuries or wrongful death, which are deeply sensitive in nature. Federal regulations, driver logs, electronic data, corporate defendants, and high-dollar exposure all come into play, and Nicholas handles these cases with the depth and discipline they require. His clients are workers, drivers, and families dealing with serious injuries, often up against well-funded corporate opponents.

As Managing Partner, Nicholas sets case strategy and the firm's standard for client experience. He stays involved with clients from the first call through litigation, and he believes that clear, direct communication and disciplined case-building are what produce real results. Under his leadership, NMW serves English-, Spanish-, and Vietnamese-speaking clients.

Nicholas was born and raised in Houston. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Emory University in 2010 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2013. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Georgia and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
